18 Del. C. § 6706B: Payments to be diminished by amounts of other benefits.

If any claimant under the policy is entitled to receive, as a result of a covered disability, any other income, the payment pursuant to the policy shall be reduced by the amount of such other payment or payments to which the claimant is entitled.
