21 Del. C. § 3303: Issuance of transporter license.

Upon receiving an application for a transporter license from an applicant and determining, so far as possible, that the applicant is of good character and that the applicant has complied with and reasonably can be expected to comply with the laws of this State and requirements of this chapter, the Division may approve an application and issue a transporter license to the applicant.
