24 Del. C. § 1924: Unlawful practices.

(a) No person shall practice or offer to practice professional, practical, or advanced practice registered nursing or shall represent oneself as a registered nurse, practical nurse, or advanced practice registered nurse in this State, or shall use any title, abbreviation, sign, card or device to indicate that such person is a registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, or advanced practice registered nurse, unless such person is licensed under this chapter.

(b) No person, hospital or institution shall conduct or shall offer to conduct a professional or practical nursing education program unless such person, hospital or institution is approved under this chapter.
