29 Del. C. § 8708: Exemptions.

The following positions set forth in this chapter shall be exempt from Chapter 59 of this title:

(1) Secretary of State;

(2) Assistant to the Secretary of State;

(3) Director of Corporations;

(4) State Bank Commissioner;

(5) Director of Division of the Arts;

(6) Director of Libraries;

(7) Director of the Division of Human and Civil Rights.

(8) Director of Historical and Cultural Affairs;

(9) State Archivist and Records Administrator;

(10) Executive Director of the Public Employment Relations Board;

(11) Director of Professional Regulation;

(12) Director of the Public Service Commission; and

(13) Public Advocate.
