Nothing in this chapter is intended to allow driving under the influence of marijuana, marijuana products, or infused beverages, or to allow driving while impaired by marijuana, marijuana products, or infused beverages. Nothing in this chapter is intended to supersede laws related to driving under the influence of marijuana, marijuana products, or infused beverages, or to supersede laws related to driving while impaired by marijuana, marijuana products, or infused beverages. This chapter is not intended to prevent this State from enacting and imposing penalties for driving under the influence of or while impaired by by marijuana, marijuana products, or infused beverages.
