A family trust company shall at all times maintain a director, officer and employee dishonesty bond in the amount of at least $1,000,000. In addition, a family trust company that is subject to the minimum capital and surplus requirements under § 797F of this title shall at all times maintain general liability and errors and omissions insurance coverage in an amount of at least $5,000,000 per occurrence. The insurance coverage required by this section may be in any form and may be paid for by the family trust company or its affiliates.
