CHAPTER 31. Registration of Trade Names

If any person, firm or association violates any of the provisions of § § 3101, 3102, and 3104 of this title, every such person, and each and every person comprising such firm or association, shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 3 months, or both.
