Fla. Stat. § 1004.66: “Florida College System institution,” “community college,” and “junior college” used interchangeably.

Whenever the terms “Florida College System institution,” “community college,” and “junior college” appear in the Florida Statutes in reference to a tax-supported institution, they shall be construed identically.
