Fla. Stat. § 1011.23: Disposition of balance in interest and sinking fund.

If all principal and interest outstanding against any school district shall have been paid, and there shall still remain a balance in the interest and sinking fund to the credit of that district, the district school board shall, by resolution, authorize this balance to be transferred to the credit of the district school fund.
