Fla. Stat. § 1013.67: Commissioner to provide for encumbrances of funds.

The Commissioner of Education shall provide for timely encumbrances of funds for duly authorized projects. Encumbrances may include proceeds to be received under a resolution approved by the State Board of Education authorizing the issuance of 1997 school capital outlay bonds pursuant to s. 11(d), Art. VII of the State Constitution, s. 1013.70, and other applicable law.
