- CHAPTER 122 STATE AND COUNTY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM
Sections 122.21-122.24, 122.26 to 122.321, inclusive, shall control with respect to division B of this system and membership therein, and shall prescribe the method for activating such division.
