Fla. Stat. § 122.26: Funds.

There shall be paid into the State and County Officers and Employees’ Retirement Trust Fund, provided in former s. 122.17, contributions by members of division B for benefits payable to members under this system, and all amounts appropriated for such purpose by the state.
