Fla. Stat. § 155.08: County hospitals; seal; evidence.

The board of trustees as herein constituted shall adopt a common seal, and certification under the seal of the board of hospital trustees, signed by the chair and attested by the secretary and treasurer, shall constitute sufficient evidence.
