Fla. Stat. § 155.4011: Conflicts.

To the extent that any general or special law is inconsistent with or otherwise in conflict with ch. 2012-66, Laws of Florida, such conflicting provisions are specifically superseded by ch. 2012-66, Laws of Florida. A special tax district, public hospital, or municipal hospital is not exempt from ch. 2012-66, Laws of Florida.
