Fla. Stat. § 163.571: Issuance of bonds.

Any transportation authority created hereunder may issue bonds to carry out the authorized powers or purposes of this part. In the creation of bonded indebtedness the procedure therefor shall be in conformity with the constitution and laws of the state.
