Fla. Stat. § 17.08: Accounts, etc., on which warrants drawn, to be filed.

All accounts, vouchers, and evidence, upon which warrants have heretofore been, or shall hereafter be, drawn upon the treasury by the Chief Financial Officer shall be filed and deposited in the office of Chief Financial Officer or the office of the Chief Financial Officer’s designee, in accordance with requirements established by the Secretary of State.
