Fla. Stat. § 17.65: Chief Financial Officer to prescribe forms.

The Chief Financial Officer may prescribe the forms, and the manner of keeping the same, for all receipts, credit advices, abstracts, reports, and other papers furnished the Chief Financial Officer by the officers of this state or other persons or entities as a result of their having, or depositing, state moneys.
