Fla. Stat. § 180.26: Form of certificates.

The certificate of indebtedness to be issued under the terms and conditions of this chapter shall contain a description of the utility, the revenue of which is pledged, together with the terms of payment of the same, as is established by the ordinances or resolutions of the municipality, in accordance with the conditions heretofore established in this chapter, and may or may not have attached thereto interest coupons, and shall contain such other and further conditions as shall be determined by the governing body of the municipality, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this chapter.
