Fla. Stat. § 20.34: Governmental Reorganization Act of 1969; effect on rules.

Except when it is inconsistent with the other provisions of this chapter, all rules and regulations of the agencies involved in this reorganization that are in effect on June 30, 1969, shall remain in effect until they are specifically altered, amended or revoked in the manner provided by law.
