Fla. Stat. § 215.25: Manner of contributions; rules and regulations.

The Chief Financial Officer is authorized to ascertain and determine the manner in which the required amounts shall be deducted and paid and to adopt and effectuate such rules and procedure as may be necessary for carrying out the provisions of this law. Such rules and procedure shall be approved by the Executive Office of the Governor.
