Fla. Stat. § 215.52: Rules and regulations.

The board shall have the power and authority to make reasonable rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of ss. 215.44-215.53. The rules shall provide for full transparency and accountability in fulfillment of the board’s fiduciary duties in the areas of compliance, ethics, training, and audit procedures.
