Fla. Stat. § 215.80: Annual report.

The division or the State Board of Administration shall cause to be made at least once each year a comprehensive report of all debt service or other sinking funds for any bonds issued by the division for the state or any state agencies and the status of all such funds and accounts. Copies of such report shall be filed with the secretary or assistant secretary of the board and shall be open to public inspection.
