Fla. Stat. § 220.54: Administration of law.

The cost of preparing and distributing printed documents, reports, forms, and paraphernalia for the collection of the tax imposed by this code and the inspection and enforcement duties required in connection therewith shall be borne by this state through a general revenue appropriation to the department.
