Fla. Stat. § 250.546: Payment of liability to responding state.

Upon presentation of a claim therefor by an appropriate authority of a state whose National Guard forces have aided this state pursuant to the compact, any liability of this state pursuant to this compact shall be paid out of the General Revenue Fund.
