Fla. Stat. § 255.45: Correction of firesafety violations in certain state-owned property.

The Department of Management Services is responsible for ensuring that firesafety violations that are noted by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to s. 633.218 are corrected as soon as practicable for all state-owned property which is leased from the Department of Management Services.
