Fla. Stat. § 255.515: Issuance of obligations by the division.

With respect to the issuance of any obligations under this act, the division shall be entitled to use such method of financing or combination of methods of financing as it deems appropriate to result in cost-effective financing. The division shall be entitled to rely upon the advice of financial advisers and other professionals retained jointly by the Department of Management Services and the division for such purposes.
