Fla. Stat. § 257.375: Records Management Trust Fund.

There is hereby created within the Division of Library and Information Services a Records Management Trust Fund which shall consist of fees collected for records management and archival services. Funds deposited in the Records Management Trust Fund shall be used to support the programs of the state archives and records and information management programs.
