Fla. Stat. § 28.2405: Comprehensive Case Information System.

All clerks of the circuit court shall participate in the Comprehensive Case Information System of the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers, Inc., and shall submit electronic case data to the system based on the case types designated by the Supreme Court.
