- CHAPTER 284 STATE RISK MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY PROGRAMS
The Department of Financial Services is authorized to effect a consolidation and combination of all insurance coverages provided herein into one insurance program in accordance with the provisions of part I of chapter 287.
