- CHAPTER 287 PROCUREMENT OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AND SERVICES
All moneys designated for or appropriated to any agency for the use, operation, maintenance, repair, or replacement of any state-owned or leased motor vehicles or aircraft shall be transferred to the Department of Management Services as required by the department.
