Fla. Stat. § 29.012: Construction.

Nothing in this act shall require the Legislature to fund any court function or court-related activities of the court system, the state attorneys’ offices, public defenders’ offices, conflict counsel, the statewide prosecutor, or the clerks of the circuit and county courts.
