- CHAPTER 295 LAWS RELATING TO VETERANS: GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Department of Veterans’ Affairs shall act as the state approving agency for purposes of veterans’ education and training, in accordance with 38 U.S.C. s. 3671 and the applicable annual contract between the state and the Federal Government.
