Fla. Stat. § 298.366: Delinquent taxes; penalties.

TITLE XXI DRAINAGE
CHAPTER 298 DRAINAGE AND WATER CONTROL

All taxes provided for in this chapter shall be and become delinquent and bear penalties on the amount of said taxes in the same manner as county taxes.
