Fla. Stat. § 320.69915: Severability.

If a provision of ss. 320.60-320.70 or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of ss. 320.60-320.70 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ss. 320.60-320.70 are severable.
