- CHAPTER 328 VESSELS: TITLE CERTIFICATES; LIENS; REGISTRATION
The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles shall deposit all funds collected by it pursuant to the provisions of this chapter in the Marine Resources Conservation Trust Fund.
