- CHAPTER 328 VESSELS: TITLE CERTIFICATES; LIENS; REGISTRATION
No number other than the number awarded to a vessel or granted reciprocity pursuant to this chapter shall be painted, attached, or otherwise displayed on either side of the bow of such vessel.
