Fla. Stat. § 334.181: Electronic proof of delivery.

TITLE XXVI PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
CHAPTER 334 TRANSPORTATION ADMINISTRATION

Notwithstanding any law, rule, or ordinance to the contrary, a local governmental entity must accept an electronic proof of delivery as an official record for a material delivery on the local governmental entity’s transportation project.
