Fla. Stat. § 339.06: Authority of department to amortize advancements from United States.

The department may set aside, from any revenues allocated to it by law, such sums as are necessary and sufficient to properly amortize any amount advanced under Act of Congress and to make suitable provision from year to year in its annual budget for such amortization.
