Fla. Stat. § 347.06: Certificate of license.

- CHAPTER 347 FERRIES, TOLL BRIDGES, DAMS, AND LOG DITCHES
Whenever an application is granted under s. 347.01, the clerk of the board of county commissioners shall issue her or his certificate under seal, specifying the privileges therein granted, for which the clerk shall receive the fees prescribed by law for like services.
