Fla. Stat. § 364.016: Travel costs.

The commission has the authority to assess a telecommunications company for reasonable travel costs associated with reviewing the records of the telecommunications company and its affiliates when such records are kept out of state. The telecommunications company may bring the records back into the state for review.
