Fla. Stat. § 373.607: Minority business enterprise procurement goals; implementation of recommendations.

Each water management district, as created in this chapter, may implement the recommendations from any study conducted pursuant to chapter 91-162, Laws of Florida, to achieve minority business enterprise procurement goals.
