Fla. Stat. § 377.07: Division of Resource Management; powers, duties, and authority.

The Division of Resource Management of the Department of Environmental Protection is hereby vested with power, authority, and duty to administer, carry out, and enforce the provisions of this law as directed in s. 370.02(3).
