Fla. Stat. § 379.377: Tag fees for sale of Lake Okeechobee game fish.

The commission is authorized to assess a fee of not more than 5 cents per tag, payable at the time of delivery of the tag, for the purpose of allowing the sale of game fish taken commercially from Lake Okeechobee, as may be allowed by the commission.
