Fla. Stat. § 381.002: Grant of title to prescriptive medical personal property to client.

Legal title to prescriptive medical personal property purchased by the department for the use or benefit of a particular client of the department may, pursuant to rules adopted by the department, be granted to such client. Such property is not subject to the requirements of chapter 273.
