- CHAPTER 395 HOSPITAL LICENSING AND REGULATION
A hospital that provides birthing services shall at all times participate in at least two quality improvement initiatives developed in collaboration with the Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative within the University of South Florida College of Public Health.
