- CHAPTER 400 NURSING HOMES AND RELATED HEALTH CARE FACILITIES
A certified nursing assistant, home health aide for medically fragile children, or home health aide may perform any task delegated by a registered nurse as authorized in this part and in chapter 464, including, but not limited to, medication administration.
