- CHAPTER 401 MEDICAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION
The department is authorized to make rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this part, including funds and assistance to nonprofit volunteer ambulance organizations desiring to comply with the Florida Emergency Medical Services Grant Act.
