Fla. Stat. § 402.12: National Community Mental Health Centers Act.

CHAPTER 402 HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Any federal funds accruing to the state for the purposes of carrying out the national Community Mental Health Centers Act of 1963 shall be paid to the Department of Children and Families for expenditure as directed by said department.
