Fla. Stat. § 404.163: Injunctive relief.

Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, the department may maintain an action in the name of the state for injunction or other process to enforce any provision of this chapter, rule promulgated hereunder, or term or condition of a license or registration issued by the department.
