Fla. Stat. § 409.2597: Retention of actions.

TITLE XXX SOCIAL WELFARE
CHAPTER 409 SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE

All actions pending under the authority of those statutes repealed by this act shall not abate but shall continue pursuant to the provisions of this act.
